Job Summary:
The Spot Lemonade, a family-oriented and operated fresh-squeeze business, seeks a dedicated and reliable Food Truck Server to join our team. As a Food Truck Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, delivering lemonade, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Position: Food Truck Server (Part-Time) PERMANENT

Location: Spring, Texas

Hours: Mondays to Fridays 11:00 am-4:00 pm

Typical 5 hours shifts (arrive 30 minutes before for to set-up and stay 30 minutes for clean-up)

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a friendly demeanor
• Taking drink orders promptly and efficiently
• Prepare beverages according to established recipes and portion sizes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Accepting payments using the Square POS system
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Working collaboratively with other staff as a team
• Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ensuring our food truck is adequately stocked with all necessary supplies and maintain inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck
• Typical 5-hour shifts (Arrive 30 minutes before shift to set up and stay 30 minutes after to break down and clean up).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a server, waiter, or waitress preferred
• Food Handler Certification
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
