Barista

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and process payments using cash handling and cashiering skills
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and work area
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation

-Work shifts between operating hours of 7am-3pm Tuesday-Saturday & 7am-12pm Sundays.
-Weekday and Weekend Availability

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred but not required
-Will train the right person
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
-Motivated and have a positive attitude in helping us start our journey!
