Overview:

We are seeking someone with mechanical skills to join our team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to bicycle assembly, maintenance, and repair in addition to helping customers chose and complete their purchases. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. If you have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Learn to assemble and repair bicycles under the guidance of our experienced technicians.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
• Assist in managing inventory and processing sales transactions.
• Participate in community events and workshops hosted by the store.

Requirements:

• No prior experience neccessary, other than a willingness to learn.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work together with other staff to set own schedule.
• A passion for biking, hockey, and sports in general.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
