Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers with purchases, including operating cash registers and processing payments
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must be able to climb stairs and do some physical labor.
Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of technology products and their features is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
- Cash handling experience is desirable
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
