Full Time Floor Manager

Seeking passionate, Full-Time Floor Manager (32-40 hrs/week) who is proactive, ambitious, performance driven, and can foster a winning culture across the team that inspires others to consistently create and deliver an AMAZING customer experience during each and every interaction while also driving the visual presentation and recovery of the floor in compliance with brand standards. This position is a "cross-over" position that integrates front-of-house visual/recovery efforts with back-of-house product production planning/ordering, sales/customer experience and product preparation/production.

Specifically, the Floor Manager support Store Management by taking ownership for "maintaining the floor" which includes: 

• Demonstrating an eye for detail spanning all visual merchandising areas in front-of-house (peg sections, displays & features, windows, cabinets/accessory storage (to prevent proliferation of empty boxes), cash wrap, and blend table.
• Identifying, resolving, and inspiring team support of overlooked areas requiring product recovery, cleaning & organization
• Providing action, guidance & over site re: floor re-stocking priorities. Coordinates w/ Store Manager and production specialists for inventory control support/production activities when restock product not immediately available
• Ensuring availability of tools supporting product recovery management (e.g. ample restock sheets/clipboards, etc).
• Support store re-merchandizing resets through planning, execution, and maintenance

In performing these duties, the Company expects the Floor Manager to also:

• Coordinates with Store/Inventory Management to support the maintenance and organization of back of house store-room(s)
• Enforce correct execution of store plans/procedures/ & processes (physical receiving, blending/ production, assembly tracker, gifting/promotion, etc.
• Provide input to and reinforce production & promotion priorities
• Perform as a role model in the sales and customer experience operational activities including opening, closing, POS sales ringing/returns,
• Support product preparation & production activities (we blend/bag our own products and collections!)

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

• Verifiable experience in inventory control and visual merchandising and a comfort with reviewing/analysis sales trends and product movement reports
• Verifiable Customer Service / Sales - What is your track record? Is it proven, measurable, and referenceable? Have you established a culture of enthusiastic customer service with a positive I-can-learn-it attitude?
• Personable with Strong communication skills - Can you work well in a close-knit, collaborative environment to establish and cultivate a best-in-class customer service sales team? Can you adapt your communication style to assess and deliver feedback to team members so they are most receptive to adopting your suggestions?
