Position Summary:
SCADD is currently seeking a compassionate full-time licensed or license-eligible clinician at our Transitional Houses to provide clinical services for individuals regarding behavioral, substance abuse, psychiatric, and/or emotional concerns through the development and implementation of clinical assessments, treatment plans, groups, and discharge plans.

About the program:
SCADD’s Transitional Housing is a residential treatment program with locations in Norwich and New London, Connecticut. The program is designed to assist and support men and women in their sobriety. This program affords individuals the opportunity to apply learned recovery skills, prevent relapse and promote personal responsibility. Residents are able to reintegrate into educational, vocational, familial and social structures.
Associate License or Fully Licensed (LMFT, LMFT-A, LCSW, LADC, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A)
$3,500 SIGN ON BONUS for Full Time Clinicians (LMFT, LMFT-A, LCSW, LADC, LPC, LPC-A)
- $1,750.00 upon hire and
- $1,750.00 at the completion of 12 months of employment.
