Job Description Job Description The Source Cafe is looking for an experienced front of house assistant manager. The Source Cafe serves organic chef driven food. Our menu is small sexy plates, mostly plant driven but we also craft wild seafood and organic meats. We believe what you put in your body matters. We are looking for an AGM who provides leadership to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community-connected. We would like to invite passionate individuals who share our integrity, and want to learn and grow as part of a close knit team to apply for the position.Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience required. Exercise knowledge of restaurant operations, manage staff resources, develop and coach team members and help to build sales and profits while maintaining daily operations in conjunction with brand standards.
