As a Women's Shelter Staff Member, your day is a tapestry of empathy and empowerment. You begin by welcoming our residents with open arms, creating a safe haven where they feel valued and supported.

Throughout the day, you lend a listening ear, offer guidance on job and financial readiness, and provide the essential support our residents need to thrive. As the sun sets, you reflect on the moments of hope and resilience you've witnessed, knowing that your presence has made a tangible impact on the lives of women in need.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• 1 years of experience working with the homeless population
• Compassion and empathy for individuals in crisis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to upholding The Sophia Way's mission and values

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a shelter or social services environment
