THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR AS-NEEDED WOMEN'S SHELTER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
THE SCHEDULE:
This part-time shelter staff member with our human services nonprofit usually works one day a month .
YOUR ROLE:
As an As-Needed Women's Shelter Support Specialist, you are the backbone of our operation. Your time is spent working on the frontline with our clients to ensure they have the resources they need. Your role is instrumental in maintaining a clean and safe shelter environment, as well as addressing the daily needs of our clients. From organizing daily activities to providing support with job and financial preparedness, you play a crucial role in helping women in crisis rebuild their lives. Your dedication and compassion make a lasting impact on those you assist.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 years of experience working with the homeless population
• High level of compassion
