Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Tanning Consultant. As a Tanning Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our tanning services and products. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail sales experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Educate customers on the benefits of tanning and recommend appropriate products and services - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tanning salon - Monitor tanning equipment to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness - Provide guidance on tanning procedures, safety precautions, and aftercare instructions - Promote and sell tanning packages, lotions, and accessories - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries - Assist with inventory management and restocking of products Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently - Multilingual skills are a plus - Organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the salon We offer competitive pay rates along with opportunities for career growth within our organization.
