Our ideal candidate would:

· Have 2 years of restaurant management experience

· Create memorable dining experiences for guests by going above and beyond

· Manage shifts using on-the-fly decision making and effective communication

· Perform steadily and efficiently in a high-volume restauraunt

· Ensure adherence to recipes, safety practices and sanitation standards 

· Understand ordering and inventory management systems

· Lead, teach, and encourage the team. Must be an excellent communicator and even better listener!

· Strive for and inspire continuous improvement
