The Sleep Code is a quickly growing business with a small, dedicated team passionate about sleep, fashion, health & wellness, beauty, and home.

We are looking for someone to join us as a Merchandising and Logistics Assistant who can also provide Administrative Support. Duties will include :

• Communication with suppliers, vendors, and distributors
• Collaboration with the buying, design, and marketing teams to assist with the merchandising collections
• Cataloging all product information and uploading to Shopify
• Oversee growth of Amazon business presence
• Helping to facilitate photoshoots
• Managing all customer service and care
• Independently work and effective time management
• Assist the team with administrative help when needed

As a small business start-up there may occasionally be tasks that fall outside the realm of this description. We are hands-on business that requires a lot of cross collaboration, making this role a perfect learning and growth opportunity.

The Sleep Code has an office in the Flatiron District of NYC. We offer a 2-3 hybrid work schedule with 3 days working in office and 2 days remote.
