Qualifications :

• Two or more years in varied restaurant positions, including cooking; supervisory experience is preferred
• Availability to work 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 6 : 00 a.m. to 10 : 00 p.m., including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation
• Hospitality minded
• NRA ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Actively working the line, collaborating, and upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
• Honest, hardworking, and compassionate management
• Support the team to exceed financial and profitability goals
• Coach and work collaboratively with all team members
• Assist with food inventory, quality, and safety
