We will partner with you to restore your skin to its own healthy base; your skin will have a soft, touchable appearance, an even-toned complexion, and leave your skin healthy, refreshed and restored.
The Lead Patient Care Coordinator has the incredibly important job of creating the first impression of the aesthetic practice. Their mission is to continuously improve the patient's experience from the moment the patient walks through the door.
The Lead Patient Care Coordinator greets patients as they arrive, answers any questions they may have, and ensures that they feel comfortable and welcome. They schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle checking patients in and out. Their first and foremost priority is to ensure that each patient receives personalized attention and care, and that their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
