A growing aesthetics practice is hiring for a Lead Patient Care Coordinator!

The growing aesthetic practice is a premier medical skin spa with all-encompassing services to meet your specific skin care needs. We utilize the unique skills and talents of each team member to provide you with customized treatments and medical-grade products. We will partner with you to restore your skin to its own healthy base; your skin will have a soft, touchable appearance, an even-toned complexion, and leave your skin healthy, refreshed and restored.

The Lead Patient Care Coordinator has the incredibly important job of creating the first impression of the aesthetic practice. Their mission is to continuously improve the patient's experience from the moment the patient walks through the door.

The Lead Patient Care Coordinator greets patients as they arrive, answers any questions they may have, and ensures that they feel comfortable and welcome. They schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle checking patients in and out. Their first and foremost priority is to ensure that each patient receives personalized attention and care, and that their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.

The Lead Patient Care Coordinator works closely with the medical team, ensuring that all patients are treated with the utmost professionalism and care. They also play a critical role in promoting services and maintaining a positive reputation within the community.

To excel in this role, the Lead Patient Care Coordinator must possess exceptional communication, organizational, sales and interpersonal skills. They must be able to multitask, handle stressful situations with ease, and prioritize tasks efficiently. Above all, they must be passionate about patient care and dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities

  • Calling all online and new patients for confirmation of their appt
  • Calling and making arrangements for patients
  • Knowledge of all Products we sale and provide
  • Knowledge of all Skin Care and Injectable treatments we offer
  • Maintaining a sterile, tidy environment in all work areas
  • Assisting with stocking products, laundry and office cleaning
  • Attend all trainings, meetings, and educations, including all monthly trainings and meetings
  • You will be expected to arrive at work 30 minutes before the first patient. Schedule is set.
  • As we grow and evolve, you will be responsible for checking in guests, checking out guests, completing first time guest calls, completing inventory at the end of every day, and checking supply stock weekly.
  • Daily reports, balancing till, maintaining rewards programs
  • Social Media (stories, emails, posts)
  • Assist in the sale of products and services
  • Assist the providers to stay on time with each guest by knowing the schedule
  • Making sure patients are scheduled for the appropriate treatments and appropriate amount of time
  • We expect all team members to be willing and available to help with patients, charts, training, educational material, marketing, and growing the medical aesthetic program with fellow NP's, PA's, estheticians, and RN's
  • You will wear your scrubs and name tag during all shifts - (You will be provided 2 pairs of scrubs).
  • Comply with HIPAA and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum one (3) year's relevant work experience, ideally 4yrs min
  • Love of all things SKIN CARE
  • Sales background a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent interpersonal and sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of plastic surgery procedures to potential patients, and to convert leads into appointments and procedures.
  • Compassionate personality to provide emotional support and guidance to patients during their treatment journey, and to develop a strong rapport with them.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic surgery procedures, terminology, and associated medical conditions to effectively communicate with patients and understand their needs.
  • Ability to explain complex medical procedures and treatment options in a clear and concise manner to patients and their families, while also providing
  • Understanding and abiding by all of Medical Aesthetics' treatment protocols.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Maintain confidentiality of company financials and client personal information
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines without direct supervision
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with a wide range of individuals
  • Ability to effectively respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to work as a team
