We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant who embodies passion and natural ease when working with the public. This individual is the vital link to customer service and satisfaction. They are the “first responder” to all guests and manage the entire process before, during and after our guests service experience. The Receptionist is committed to serving our guests with additional products and services to ensure that all of their needs are met. They stand for company growth and probability. They are meticulous, conscientious and uphold all company systems and structures. Customer service is their calling. Receptionists are organized, detail oriented and effective communicators. • SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES ● Exceeding customer expectations daily ● Daily task list completed ● Actively promotes the spa/salon ● Support the team ● Maintains all front desk files ● Managing Service Provider schedules, actively keeping Service Provider schedules full, and confirming appointments ● Answering phones emails, text messages and social inquiries ● Managing Social media- commenting on posts and creating photos, videos, and posts ● Promoting Services ● Participate in Planning and executing marketing plans ● Monitoring inventory, checking in retail products.
• Assisting executive officer duties when needed
• Selling Skincare products and Makeup
• Creating and rotating seasonal retail displays
• Running errands for office or event supplies

Skill Set: Computer and Social media Knowledge is required. MAC desktop proficiency is needed. Mindbody Software experience is a plus. Familiarity with Constant Contact and Canva is also a plus.

It is preferred that an individual applying has worked in spa reception, health club reception or medical reception experience.

Pay: $21.21 - $22.48 per hour
