Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. The Assistant Teacher will support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and providing a safe, nurturing learning environment for children. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young minds.
Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Support classroom management and create a positive learning environment
- Provide individualized attention to students
- Help with curriculum development and lesson planning
- Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress
- Supervise children during activities and ensure their safety at all times

- Knowledge of State Licensing requirements
