· Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise on counter or tables to promote sales

Retail experience and merchandising is a huge plus. Customer Service skills necessary.

Execute or delegate to ensure areas are functional

• Execute and/or delegate to ensure items are tagged/stocked and on the floor and all holes are filled
• Ensure store looks great
• Ensure we are collecting customer info
• Drive team to ensure sales are happening. Sales should be rising year over year and not stagnant
• Create and implement things that lead to higher sales, more customers and visibility
• Follow social media standards and keep up on new trends and ways to engage and grow the audience
• Keep up with trends and ways to push sales in the store
• Complete tasks efficiently on timeAll communication should convey Sip & Shop in a positive light

Daily/Weekly Reporting regarding sales/growth and accomplishments

• Take initiative as a manager, implementing, execution and follow through without much oversight. Fully complete tasks as needed with the number one goal for the store being a positive environment for customers and staff to feel welcome and to drives sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
