About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager for the The Sinclair, Autograph Collection, located in downtown Fort Worth. The Sinclair awakens the majesty of its landmark building that is an anchor to Sundance Square as the preeminent boutique hotel. One of the best downtown Fort Worth hotels, where innovation, authenticity, and unparalleled Texas hospitality convene for both business and leisure travelers. 

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the regular operations and adhering to Coury Hospitality's exceptional level of service.

Requirements

 Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of five (5) plus years of experience as Director of Operations/Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet property.
  • Has managed/overseen both Food & Beverage & Rooms Division.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in the hotel industry demonstrating outstanding profit and guest service-related goals.

Qualifications/Skills and Abilities Requirements:

  • Excellent planning, organization, and guest service skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic sales/marketing acumen.
