- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience and/or leadership in an entrepreneurial environment
Bonus Points- Prior experience in the real estate industry and/or MD real estate license
- Working knowledge of Trello, Excel, Firepoint or similar CRM, DISC personality profiling, MRIS or other MLS, and/or ShowingTime
