The Shyft Group DuraMag, LLC is Hiring a Scheduling Coordinator Near Waterville, ME
SUMMARY:
This position will assist the scheduling department and production floor by ensuring proper documentation is sent to the plant floor and other administration support the team needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Print and distribute production prints for all lines and ensure order status is kept accurate.
- Ensure travelers are prepared for each line and distributed.
- Load all production prints and work orders into Teams for production floor.
- Assist production team with printing and distributing war room charts for the team.
- Review payment on work orders and prepare shipping labels for team.
- Getting proper paperwork on UPS shipment to the accounting team.
- Log all shipped out UPS orders each day.
- Log all Invoiced units for each day.
- Review and print off shipping labels for Magnum headache racks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associates in business administration or in an industry-related field preferred.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
- Advanced ability to keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes and to answer from the floor.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
