• Maintain a professional presence in the marketplace at all times
• Provide excellent customer service through accurate and efficient transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies and procedures
• Provide quality coffee beverages consistently for customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Complete pre, running, and post shift side-work duties
• Ability to multi–task with the needs of the business and anticipate customer and marketplace needs by constantly evaluating environment
• Receive marketplace deliveries, unload and organize stockroom. Restock all condiments, sundries, food and beverage items throughout shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
• Exhibit a pleasant, attentive and helpful attitude at all times
