Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor and General Manager, here are some expectations of this position:

• Supports team manager directives
• Proven performance of expected standard and key metrics
• Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals in a positive/ respectful way
• Answers team members questions, helps solve problems and oversees team member work quality
• Coordinate team to ensure required tasks are accurately completed in an efficient manner
• Training and developing associates in order for them to achieve the best results possible
• General warehouse duties
• Comprehensive understanding of the business need in order to service our customer from start to finish
• Have a SAFETY mindset! Ensure associates perform job duties in a safe manner

Experience and Skills:

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Full Case Picking
• Dock Work
• Loading / Unloading
• PIT ability
• Safe forklift operation

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING

• Current or Past job experience should align with the Job Description
• Good computer skills (Word, , Excel)
• Good verbal and writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interpersonal skills a must
