Resolute Home Care Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Care Program Administrator to join our team. As a leading provider of home health care services, Resolute Home Care is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. The Home Care Program Administrator will play a crucial role in leading and directing the daily operations of our agency, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving overall success. This individual will also assist in the rebranding and expansion of our home care program.

Responsibilities:

1. Staffing:

- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of home care staff.

- Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

2. Marketing and Leads:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to generate leads.

- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.

3. Initial Client Intake:

- Oversee the initial client intake process to ensure efficient and patient-centered services.

- Collaborate with the clinical team to assess and determine appropriate care plans.

- Monitor patient satisfaction and outcomes, implementing improvements as needed.

4. Strategic Development:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.

- Analyze financial data to inform decision-making and budgetary considerations.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement plans to enhance overall efficiency.

5. Leadership and Management:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the home care team.

- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement professional development initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

6. Travel and Compliance:

- The role requires traveling as necessary to various locations.

- Ensure familiarity with policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with state programs.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

-CNA preferred

- 2-5 years of experience in home care.

- Proven track record of success in leadership roles.

- Strong understanding of marketing strategies in the home care industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the home care sector.

- Administrative experience preferred.
