**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development, literacy education, and experience working with children. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each child
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's development
- Incorporate physical education and behavior management techniques into daily activities
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education. This position reports to the Center Director.
**Requirements:**
- Creativity is a must! Incorporate fun and imagination while delivering a world class learning experience.
- HS Diploma. TECTA certification highly preferred. or similar education and experience.
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child welfare and special education practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and activities
- Familiarity with curriculum development for children

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
