The opening is for an: Property Management Invoice Representative Responsibilities Audit and Process invoices associated with Campus Maintenance and Store Property Management. Log insurance certificates in software system. Setup new vendors in software system. Follow up with fellow team members, contractors, vendors regarding requested paperwork. Additional Duties as assigned by supervisor. High School Diploma Education associated with Accounting practices in addition to 2 Years of equivalent work experience. Experience in Building Maintenance/Construction practices (2 Years). Extensive experience with Microsoft Office version 2013 or later. Extensive experience with Data Entry and Typing. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to interact effectively with team members at various levels of management.
