Sherwin-Williams is now hiring Regional Drivers! You can earn an average of $112100 - $118000 annually and enjoy the stability and security of being a part of our growing Award-Winning private fleet. Apply now and join our team!
What we will offer you

  • consistent freight and miles

  • $.797 cpm (includes $.074cpm per diem), plus activity pay and quarterly bonus
  • weekly home time - 34 hr. reset (occasional 2 weeks out)
  • newer Volvo automatics; w/inverters, refrigerators, premium seats
  • average 2200 - 2500 miles per week
  • assigned trucks; primarily pulling 48' trailers
  • weekly payroll

What you will do
As a professional Sherwin-Williams driver, you are responsible for safe, on-time pick-up and deliveries to our Sherwin-Williams retail stores. Our drivers cover the nine western states and assist with store deliveries by tail-gating freight, using a pallet jack; allowing the retail store personnel to move the product from the rear of the trailer into their storage areas. Drivers are required to maintain accurate DOT trip logs, conduct vehicle inspections, and comply with all DOT regulations.

Job Requirements

What you need to be successful

  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must have a Class-A Commercial Driver's License
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, both a Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsement
  • Must have at least 2 years of Class-A combination (tractor/trailer) driving experience within the last 10 years
  • Must have the legal right to work in this country without needing sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
  • Must have at least 2 years of Class-A combination (tractor/trailer) driving experience within the last 5 years
  • Tight backing experience
  • Freight touch experience
  • Similar driving type experience
