We are a local organic lawn care company that provides a safe, effective and affordable alternative to traditional, chemical lawn and pest programs. We service homeowners and small businesses throughout the Greater Canton-Akron area.

This position will assist with inquiries from existing and prospective clients along with data entry and general office tasks. We maintain a laid-back environment with great company culture. While we are serious about providing a great experience for our clients, we also like to have a lot of fun. This is a great opportunity to grow within a smaller, locally owned company. Our custom-built office is conveniently located in downtown Canton.

**Primary responsibilities will include:**

* Data entry for new client leads.

* Answering inbound calls.

* Creating electronic quotes for existing and prospective clients.

* Measuring lawns with a satellite software system.

* Assisting with accounts receivable.

* General office assistance as needed.

* Preparing outbound bulk mailing projects.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.

* Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks.

**Qual****ifications:**

* Familiar with Mac OS and basic computer operation.
