The Floating Community Sales Director at Brightview Senior Living is a member of the community’s sales team in an assigned portfolio of communities to promote Brightview as the senior housing choice in the market. They are often the first person our future residents and families have the opportunity to meet, and that first impression is what conveys our vision, mission and the vibrancy of our organization to both them and the surrounding community.
This position will provide coverage and support to our communities in Virginia for assigned period of time (targeting a minimum of 30 days per assigned community) which will include participation in sales, lead management, events, outreach and other activities as needed to meet occupancy goals and maintain a solid pipeline. Travel to communities throughout the state will be required as part of this role.
This is a great opportunity for a senior living sales professional to join Brightview and use their talents to educate the general community about our services while building personal relationships with those seniors and their families looking to make a move into either Independent, Assisted Living or Memory care.
