This is an amazing opportunity to work with a fun group of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining general and property specific marketing campaigns, maintaining social media marketing, as well as some administrative duties such as: assisting with the preparation of office meetings, creating materials for listing/buyer appointments, planning and executing marketing campaigns, weekly email blasts to database, maintaining social media presence, and maintaining the team website. Additional duties include maintaining monthly office calendars, working in the company database, plan, organize, execute and attend events (some evenings and/or weekends required) Coordinate with third party service providers, as needed providing overall admin support to the real estate team, frequent interaction with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and any other duties required to ensure the agents have time to work with clients directly. Must be able to work well under pressure, be very organized and have a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $37,440.00 per year
