The Seyboth Team is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near East Providence, RI

We are a reputable construction and development firm committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and client satisfaction, we have successfully completed a diverse range of construction projects across RI and MA. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

· Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

· Oversee the entire construction process from inception to completion.

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

2. Team Management:

· Lead and motivate project teams including subcontractors and vendors.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.

· Conduct regular meetings to review project status and address any issues.

3. Cost Management:

· Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures.

· Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects.

· Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

4. Quality Control and Safety:

· Implement and enforce quality control standards.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.

5. Client Communication:

· Serve as the main point of contact for clients.

· Provide regular project updates and address client concerns promptly.

· Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Proficient in project management software and tools
