About You:
As a candidate with 1 years' experience in estate planning or probate, you are tech-savvy, enthusiastic about learning new programs, and possess excellent communication skills. Your attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team set you apart. Seeking a long-term career rather than just a job, you are ready to contribute to the success of our firm.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drafting correspondence
- Client communication
- Utilizing software for creating estate planning documents
- Document preparation for client signing
- Follow-up with clients and gathering necessary information
- Conducting client signing meetings
- Assembling binders for client delivery
- Collaborating with the attorney to finalize estate plans
Qualifications:
- 1 years' experience in an estate planning law firm preferred
- Comfortable interacting with clients in person, in writing, and over the phone
- High proficiency with technology
- Ownership mindset for file management
