Manager/Maintenance for Senior apartments in Hurricane.

Responsible for providing leadership and over site in the efficient day-to-day operations of apartment community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Complete tenant work orders, contact vendors as needed, maintain repair materials inventory and complete other tasks assigned.

Performing all tasks associated with the operation of properties including leasing, rent/utility collections, resident services, communicate work orders to maintenance and/or contact vendors and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies for multi-unit property in Hurricane.

Complete administrative tasks associated with community operations, bank deposits, reconciling resident accounts and all other clerical duties.

Conduct routine site inspections to ensure physical aspects of the community meet established standards regarding the grounds, curb appeal, risk management/safety requirements, cleanliness and general appearance and implements corrective measures as necessary.

Certify/Re-certify RD residents, prepare and inspect property for government approval.

Highly organized, detail oriented, self-directed, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office products.

29 hours per week. PTO. Paid holidays. Must have a valid drivers license and registered vehicle. Drug testing required.
