The Select Group is Hiring an Inventory Specialist Near Vernon, IL
One of The Select Groups top clients is looking for a HAM Analyst (Hardware Asset Management) to ensure smooth and continuous hardware asset management operations. This role is crucial to maintain efficient inventory management, fulfill hardware requests promptly, and support the overall asset management team during this period. Roughly 80% will be in the warehouse and the 20% asset management tracking within ServiceNow.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Receiving and fulfilling tickets
- Working in the warehouse, pulling laptops, sending shipments out, etc.
- Systems Inventory
- Hardware Requests / help with ordering at the warehouse
Must Have Skills:
- Warehouse Experience
- Experience with different systems and inventory requests and fulfillment
- Reporting tools for asset management
- Customer Service Call Center
- Ability to operate an pallet jack with a weight capacity of 300 lbs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (stacking monitors, laptops, etc.)
- Great communication
- Customer service oriented
- An ideal candidate would be someone who's detailed processed, highly motivated and tracked inventory within excel or tracking systems
Plus Skills: ServiceNow or Remedy asset management experience is preferred but not required.
