Day to Day Responsibilities : Receiving and fulfilling ticketsWorking in the warehouse, pulling laptops, sending shipments out, etc.

Systems InventoryHardware Requests / help with ordering at the warehouse

Must Have Skills : Warehouse ExperienceExperience with different systems and inventory requests and fulfillmentReporting tools for asset managementCustomer Service Call CenterAbility to operate an pallet jack with a weight capacity of 300 lbs.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (stacking monitors, laptops, etc.)Great communicationCustomer service oriented

Plus Skills : ServiceNow or Remedy asset management experience is preferred but not required.
