Job Title: Construction Lead Technician
Location: Greater Milwaukee, WI Area

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Lead Technician to join our team in the Greater Milwaukee, WI area. The ideal candidate will work closely with the foreman in various aspects of landscape construction, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with foreman on all landscape construction tasks
• Safely operate small equipment and machinery
• Read and interpret landscape plans, scaling off measurements accurately
• Pass a basic landscape math test with a minimum score of 70%
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Snow removal experience is a plus
• Set up and utilize transit and laser equipment effectively
• Proficiency in operating gas and electric-powered construction tools
• Skillful use of skid loader and its attachments
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
• Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and insurance
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in landscape construction, with preference given to those with 4 seasons of experience

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape construction (required)
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a basic landscape math test
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 lbs)
• Experience with snow removal is desirable
• Proficiency in setting up and using transit and laser equipment
• Fluent in English; bilingualism is a plus
