Overall Assignment Amount: $35,430
Overall Weekly Amount: $2,800 based on 36 hours

• $45.50/hr and $68.25/hr Overtime. Weekly Taxable: $1,638
• Weekly M&IE Per Diem: $413
• Weekly Lodging Per Diem: $749
• Weekly Nontaxable Per Diem: $1,162

• Licensure: Active New York License
• Certification: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
• Experience: 2 years
