Salary range: $89,496 - $148,337 plus up to $15,000 sign-on bonus paid out over first 12 months

Our hospital client is hiring for permanent placement NICU RN positions in Valencia, CA.

Shifts available: Nights, full time

Position Summary

NICU Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically, and efficiently care for a group of patients based on hospital policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements. Creates a practice environment that maximizes individual performance and serves as a resource and mentor to staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensure and Certification:

· Current CA RN license

· Current BLS provider card

· Current NRP provider card

Education:

· Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required

· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred

· 16 units of Baby Friendly education

Experience:

· 2 years recent NICU experience

· Recent experience in Level II or Level III

· National neonatal certification preferred
