The Sea Pines Resort is opening a brand-new, higher-end retail merchandise shop in the heart of Harbour Town! The shop will offer an assortment of apparel and gifts that feature the Sea Pines Resort’s timeless lighthouse logo and encompass The Sea Pines Resort lifestyle. Team members will have the unique opportunity to join the store’s inaugural launch and contribute a lasting impact on The Sea Pines Resort guest experience.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Sea Pines Resort is looking for a confident Retail Sales Associate who can connect with our customers, deliver excellence in customer experience, and offer advice on current trends relevant to our clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every consumer interaction

• Take an active role in assisting the management team to build store business

• Service multiple customers at a time, multi-task and/or handle projects simultaneously

• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards, to ensure product is properly displayed (sorting, folding, restock, etc.)

• Maximize individual performance by participating in learning opportunities, accepting direction, coaching and feedback

• Engage with the team by contributing in positive and collaborative ways, being sure to bring your best to work each day

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and talk or hear.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and other employees.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
