```Duties```

- Develop and implement staff education programs and initiatives

- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create relevant content

- Conduct training sessions for staff members on various topics

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff regarding educational opportunities

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in staff education within healthcare/senior living

- Administer and track employee immunization records

- Act as the community Infection Control Preventionist/Liasion

```Experience```

- RN/LPN required

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Human Services, or related field preferred

- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs

- Strong knowledge of healthcare infections and immunizations within senior living environment

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
