Registered Nurse (RN) - Commitment to Care Excellence at Venza Care's Sanctuary at the Woodlands

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Sanctuary at the Woodlands

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients for response.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Alabama.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or an associate degree in nursing (ADN) with a commitment to earning a BSN within a specified timeframe.
• Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach to nursing care.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
