BASIC PURPOSE

Part Time Janitor position to wash/clean, mop, vacuum, wipe down and dust as explained by Corps Officers to keep corps building, building surrounding, parking lot and parking lot surroundings clean.

The Part Time Janitor position will help kitchen-help need includes rice-cooking and hot water/tea/coffee preparing and help holiday and special event preparing, keep cleanliness of kitchen and dining area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Clean designated areas as directed by supervisor.
2. Rice-cooking and water/tea/coffee preparing and serving meal to Senior Lunch Program.
3. Working hours: (lunch time 30 minutes no pay) Working day or time may adjustable depend on the need and events based on-call.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

1. High School Diploma
2. Mandarin or English speaking prefer has ability to speak English and basic writing the English language.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Strong ability to utilize a high level of time management and handling multiple tasks

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis
2. Ability to grasp, push, and/or pull objects
3. Ability to reach overhead
4. Ability to operate telephone
5. Ability to lift - up to 50 lbs.
6. Ability to process written, visual, and/or verbal information
7. Ability to operate or learn basic office equipment and tools PC, Fax Machine, Telephone, Calculator, Copier, Printer and office equipment etc.
