About this opportunity:
Plans, Coordinates, supervises, and evaluates the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping program, plans and develops schedules, purchases supplies and maintains an adequate level of inventory for program needs prepares and administers a cleaning supply budget, ensures cleaning service program operates in compliance with ACA. and health departments standards and regulations; supervises schedules, trains evaluates and participates in the work oi housekeeping personnel.

• Facilities Responsibilities (25%)
• Laundry Responsibilities (20%)
• Liaison Responsibilities (5%)

What we are looking for in you:

• No formal education required and Three years experience performing housekeeping work with at least one year lead worker of supervisory experience or Any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Valid State Drivers License

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Ability to perform strenuous heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects. Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, and some cleaning. Ability to exert the physical energy required to perform the needed janitorial work. Ability to safely drive a vehicle. Duties are performed standing and requires squatting, climbing, bending, and walking. Any of the preceding duties may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of sitting. Extensive amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting, and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) frequently. Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to dirt, dust, disagreeable sights, and/or odors and various temperatures.
