Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to perform general maintenance and cleaning activities for buildings and grounds; ability to follow instructions and work independently; ability to read and communicate the English language. Education and Experience:No formal education or experience required; six (6) months experience performing general housekeeping duties; or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Licenses and Certifications:None Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Ability to meet attendance requirements; ability to exert the physical energy required to performing housekeeping and minor maintenance work; ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and climbing. Work is performed in a normal office type environment with some exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt and dust, and/or disagreeable sights and odors.
