Position SummaryThe Program Aide plans, implements, supervises members, and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area, supporting our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character, and Citizenship. May oversee special programs and/or events (i.e.,Keystone, Youth of the Year and Awards Programs), and/or participate in the implementation of other unit activities, as necessary. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma, one (1) year of Boys & Girls Club experience working with youth; or two (2) years previous work-related experience in the field of Children and Youth services; or Completed Program Aide Professional Development Plan. Licenses and CertificationsValid State Driver’s License, requiredFirst Aid and C.P.R. Certification (or ability to obtain) Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMust enjoy working with children, must possess good communication, an outgoing personality, and speak/write English fluently.
