• Manage staff hiring, training and supervision.
• In conjunction with the Regional Manager develops, communicates, and implements strategies to set and meet production and sales goals.
• Manages recordkeeping and reporting procedures for the store.
• Valid Driver's License. Able to drive on behalf of The Salvation Army per Salvation Army Policy.
