POSITION TITLE: Corp Administrator
LOCATION/DEPT: DeKalb Corps
REPORTS TO: Divisional Commander
FLSA CATEGORY: Exempt

The primary role of the Corps Administrator is that of "an evangelist", in order to avoid role conflict, he must keep all his practitioner roles within the united perspective of his master role as evangelist, and not allow any one reference group to define his total role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The foregoing Brief of Employment of the Corps Administrator adapted for this position from the text of booklet "The Role of the Corps Officer". The purpose of the excerpted test is to meet the requirement of determination that the position of Corps Administrator qualifies under the regulations of the U.S. Department of Labor as an exempt employee position. This does not supersede the complete test of the annual, however, in the actual performance of his/her total assignment
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the Divisional Commander.
This position directly supervises the staff at the Dekalb Corps.
This individual relates to and interacts with a wide range of contacts both within and outside The
Salvation Army and in these contacts, they act as a representative of the Army and its mission.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
This individual will be evaluated on how effectively the outcomes of this position are achieved as well as the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of accomplishing assigned goals.
