Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include operating the cash register, handling cash transactions, assisting with stock replenishment, and upselling products. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist with stock replenishment and ensure shelves are properly stocked - Upsell products to increase sales revenue - Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and security Requirements: - Previous experience in cash handling and operating a POS system preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work well in a team environment We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
