Qualifications:

• Pennsylvania Cosmetology Teacher's License
• Passion for teaching
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to be a team player
• Redken product knowledge is a plus
• Milady curriculum knowledge is a plus
• Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Job responsibilities include:

• Mentor, lead, and motivate our students
• Follow academy policies and procedures
• Effectively coach students in the Student Salon Training Area
