We are currently hiring for a Servicing Analyst in Billings, MT for a leading global financial organization.

What will you do as a Servicing Analyst?

• Performing Title releases
• Create and administer reporting for the process
• Lead/participate in projects impacting the site as needed such as Customer onboarding, process changes, etc
• Collaborate with management in accumulating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting operational performance data
• Proactively work with others (i.e., on own team, shared service center, other operational areas, or with the internal business partner and/or external customer) to ensure delivery of timely, quality and efficient fulfillment activities.
• Provide input and analysis into the continuous improvement of business processes and procedures within the scope of the work team, and participate in the planning, testing and implementation of projects and new/ revised products/ services or processes.

Who qualifies for the Servicing Analyst position?

• Candidate with 1 years of experience clerical/administrative/secretarial experience
• Previous banking experience a plus
• Candidate has strong attention to detail-Document matching
• Candidate proficient in MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, excel)

What hours will the Servicing Analyst work?

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Contract

• Pay is $23.00 per hour
