Job Duties:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment
• Act as a motivational driver for all team members
• Staffing and training
• Inventory and Labor Management
• Open and/or Close, lead shifts, key holder
• Assist Team Members in following Salad Station Procedures
• Act as a Role Model for your Team
• Be a friendly and encouraging Team Player

Prior experience as a shift leader or supervisor is very helpful to success in this position with the Salad Station.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
